Back in Germany

Fell in love with something Canadian?

It's a familiar problem: you find a jacket, a blanket or a pair of kids' boots in Canada, and then you're back home and nobody here has heard of it. I'm working on that.

The idea, honestly stated

Canadian Dad is putting together a small curated selection of Canadian goods for Germany — starting in Hamburg and online. Small, on purpose. A handful of brands done properly beats a catalogue done badly.

Right now nothing is for sale. There's no shop, no stock and no shipping. What I'm doing first is gathering demand: which brands people here actually want, and in what order. That's what decides who I approach.

Two minutes, no account, no shop. Just tell me what you'd buy.

What I'd start with

Categories, not products. Nothing here is in stock.

  • Dad

    Outerwear, clothing and gear.

  • Kids

Good stuff for little Canadians — and everyone else.

  • Home

Blankets, textiles and things worth bringing home.

  • For Her

Things Dad suspects she'll like more than another hockey jersey.

Tell me what you want.

Pick a brand from the ones I've profiled, or name a Canadian brand I've missed. Every entry is a demand signal — it genuinely changes the order in which I approach brands.

This is not an order and not a waiting list for stock. There is no shop yet.

Request a brand

Choose a brand, or tell me about one I should know. No email needed unless you want updates.

I store the brand and your rough location. No tracking pixels. Your email is stored only if you tick the box above, and it is used for nothing except telling you about that brand. Privacy notice.

In the meantime, the guides are the useful part.
